We offer standard and custom SLAs depending on your requirements. We can also issue automatic regular reporting on a number of key metrics, including tickets raised into our helpdesk, response and fix times, and which users are "unhappy" with their IT (see iOK). We can also offer specific reporting on backup systems functionality, Internet connectivity, and other technical reports if required. 

Same day disaster recovery  

For networks designed as we recommend (with local imaging and cloud backup systems) we expect to be able to restore your entire system same day, so that it is live the following day.  

Service level agreements 

Same day onsite response 

For server or core network issues (server, switch, or other equipment failure which brings down the entire network), we commit to being onsite same day. 

4 hours response time 

You will always get an initial response to all issues within a 4 hour timeframe.
